  The folks that work there are gr8, even security. But the BANK, It's policies, & costs, are exceptionally extravagant! A total of $37.50 for 1 bounced check. After many years of shopping around, & trying other banks, savings, & loans, & credit unions, I went to a much nicer C U. And I am very happy with my choice. However, if you are a nice person, you can cut allot of those costs, by calling the 800, & 866 lines, let them know how they are being problematic, & 9 out of 10 times, I was able to cut this or that cost by just saying the right things. Practice. On the phone, call them, complain, talk about how your kids need this or that, play it till you start getting results.
