  The apartment complex is ok, quiet. Everyone minds their business to an extent. I haven't been living here long, but no apartment complex is perfect. I'm constantly having issues with parking due to visitors parking in my spot as if they don't see the visitor slots. All these residents in here with assigned parking and everyone takes up the visitor parking making it 100% possible for your car to be towed for your visitors. I don't like the fact that I have to go through the office to resolve my parking issue when it's my spot. People know that the stalls are assigned to a resident so if I want to tow your car, I should be able to do just that without warning you THREE times. I should be able to handle the situation by contacting the tow yard personally, not waiting for the office to give me a tow card while my car is at risk for being towed due to NO PARKING. Other than that, I love my apartment. My neighbors (I did say my neighbors) are generous and everyone is respectful to each other. The manager is not really bad, but there is some nonchalance to the managers attitude. However, the manager is very understanding and you can communicate about your apartment. Outside of rent, there is an extra bill you pay through the apartment that fluctuates, which is confusing and upsetting at times. Maintenance takes a whole week or two to get to you, but that is because maintenance takes calls as they come in & once they come in they are on it. I wouldn't mind keeping up on my apartment for 2 years being here

  The outside of the apartments appear to look nice but once you move in it's a whole different story. Bugs all year round. They don't come out when you ask them to fix something we've requested multiple times to have are laundry room doors fix and still no one has come out to fix them it's been 5 months and we've called and went into the office . They are over priced for such bad service we will not be renewing are lease. Also they make you pay for garbage but the company who pick up your garbage doesn't come on the days they should and they leave trails of trash . Bad neighborhood we will definitely be moving before we have our baby
