  My wife has been waiting for a CT scan for six weeks, when she called time and time again for an appointment, she was told they didn't have the insurance authorization. We decided to stop in and hand deliver a copy. Then after waiting 6 to 8 weeks and callI this office many times, they told her she didn't need the authorization. This is un called for.
